Do you charge fee's for your service?

No, we are paid a commission by the vendor.

Why not book with Disney directly or on-line?

 The main reason is customer service!
 Disney will not call you if your vacation goes on sale, we will automatically get you the sale price if it's available.
 When you book with Enchanted Destinations you are always going to speak with the same person who made your reservation.
 We are going to take the time to get to know you, you are not just another reservation.
 We are there for you from start to finish and we look forward to hearing about your trip and seeing your favorite vacation photo.

How do I know I'm getting the best price?
Because Disney owns and operates their vacation products they set the price.  AAA is the only organization that has contracted rates for Walt Disney World during a non sale period.  
We work with you closely discussing how you like to vacation and what type of vacation you want, once that is determined we give you all the pricing options.  
You may find price variables with Disney Cruise Line when comparing pricing because agencies are able to hold group space and offer specials.

I made my deposit to Enchanted Destinations but my credit card statement says Disney?
Yes, any charges to your credit card will be made by what we call the vendor this is Walt Disney World Travel co, Disney Cruise Line or Adventures by Disney.  This is for your protection and ours.  All refunds will be made back to the original form of payment by the vendor.

Will Enchanted Destinations accept payments on my vacation?
 Yes, payments must be in amounts $20.00 or higher.

Will Enchanted Destinations accept checks?
Yes, but not for deposit, we also need checks 15 days prior to final payment so the check can clear and we can mail a check to Disney.  We charge a $50.00 bounced check fee and documents will not be released until it is paid.

Will you make my airline reservation? 
 We will advise you on the best way to handle your airline reservations.
