Karolyn planned our universal vacation with such ease and without a glitch. Everything was laid out for us, all we had to do was enjoy ourselves. The Portofino Resort was everything she said it would be. Comfortable and luxurious rooms, relaxing atmosphere, excellent food and as an added treat, Opera from the balcony. We felt as if we were in Italy!! She recommended things to do and places to eat while in the park and she was absolutely spot on. I can’t wait for our next adventure
