Karolyn from Enchanted Destinations booked our Alaska cruise vacation, and I highly recommend her! I am an experienced traveler (although not with cruises) but when I started to research online myself I realized I still had many questions and really needed help. It was so great to connect with someone who had knowledge of the different cruise lines and options, and with some input from us on what we were looking for was able to help us narrow down our choices. Not only did she help us select a great cruise, she booked all of our related air, transfers and hotel. We had multiple air schedule changes after we booked, and Karolyn got us sorted out and rebooked as needed. She thought of everything, and as a result – we had a well-planned great trip and a wonderful time in Alaska. I have no doubt we could never have done as well on our own. Karolyn was simply great!
